At Growing Healthy Seasons, we combine our vast network of certified and experienced, passionate therapists with our online therapy solutions to provide your family with the vital support you need, wherever you are.

Online Therapy Packages
Our online therapy sessions bring licensed, evidence-based care directly to you, wherever you are. Each weekly session is led by a credentialed therapist, delivered via secure video platform, and tailored to your individual goals. Whether you are working on sensory processing, fine motor development, self-regulation, and everyday independence through OT, or building communication skills, speech clarity, and social connection through SLP, every session is designed around what matters most to you.
Sessions are billed every 4 weeks. A current evaluation completed within the past 6 months is required before your first session. If you do not have one, an evaluation package is available for purchase before you book. Choose the therapy you need and the session frequency that works best for your family.

Tips for a Successful First Online Session

Prepare Your Child
Identify your child’s interests, strengths, triggers, and your concerns. Please talk with your child about how they get to “play with [insert therapist’s name] today in a new way! You get to see them through the computer and play games together even though you are not in the same place!”

Here to Help
It is OK; you are not expected to be a tech wizard! The therapist will explain the basics to you and is used to giving clear directions. If you are camera shy, there are many ways around this. When problems arise, the therapist can help support you through minor difficulties. For anything too problematic, you and/or the therapist can connect with tech support either through Growing Healthy Seasons or Zoom.

Working as a Team
Therapy does not work in a vacuum, and working as a team is the most effective path to progress. It is expected that you as a parent or caregiver will accompany the child to each session to assist with technology, ensure materials are available, act as the therapist’s hands when needed, and observe what strategies are being utilized to provide follow-through between sessions. The therapist will give clear directions during sessions and will often send information about required materials ahead of time.

A Collaborative Process
Online therapy has been shown to be very successful, in part because of its collaborative process. Many families find that by attending/observing the sessions, they better understand the role of the therapies their child receives and what they can do to help their child daily. This, in turn, brings up more questions, suggestions, thoughts, and ideas—as well as having the potential for exponential gains! You as parents will be empowered as you learn the skills and techniques that you can then implement daily to assist your child in improving strengths and overcoming challenges.

Call the front desk at least 72 hours before your session to reschedule at no extra charge.
Late reschedule
- Reschedules requested within 72 hours of your session count as a used session against your current billing cycle.
- No refund or credit will be issued for late reschedule requests.
If your therapist cancels
Growing Healthy Seasons will offer you a make-up session or a credit applied to your account.

- Missing a session without sufficient notice does not generate a refund or credit.
