We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, and families. The BCBA will provide clinical oversight and behavior analytic services, including assessment, treatment planning, caregiver training, supervision of behavior technicians, and collaboration with families and related service providers using a Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based (DIR) Floortime and Sensory-informed approach.

What Your Day Looks Like:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of behavior support staff.
  • Coach and support parents, caregivers, and family members.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed.
  • Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
  • Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing in California.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental differences.
  • Strong understanding of child development, family-centered care, and ethical practice.

Preferred:

  • Experience within interdisciplinary, play-based, or relationship-focused service models.

Skills/Experience:

  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and caregiver coaching skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Schedule and Work Structure

This role offers flexibility across school-based and clinic settings. As with most pediatric roles, schedules may vary due to:

  • Family cancellations
  • School calendars and breaks

  • Assists with scheduling coordination when possible
  • Communicates anticipated changes proactively

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation range $41 – 53 per hour, per student
