Hello! I started my occupational therapy career after graduating from the University of Southern California in 2009. Working in acute hospitals and outpatient clinics for many years, I received special training in Neuro-Developmental Treatment, lymphedema, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. As I immerse myself more deeply in my clinical work, I have developed an interest in integrating clinical work and research. I pursued the Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) program and completed it in 2021. My passion for integrating nature and occupational therapy grew during the OTD program, and I decided to focus on using horticulture as an occupation-based/nature-based approach to treat various conditions, including chronic pain, neurological impairment, and mental health conditions. I am fascinated by nature and its power to balance, heal, and improve our quality of life.

Now I am serving children, and they inspire me in so many ways! In each treatment, I aim to help clients and their families feel hopeful and empowered. I strive to provide “just right challenge” to the clients to nurture a sense of accomplishment. I hope my clients can grow and foster their interest, motivation, and self-confidence through occupation-based therapy. I am delighted to be a part of the great team at Growing Healthy Seasons, serving children and families throughout California.
