Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC)

I became a speech-language pathologist because I love helping children find their voice and supporting families through each stage of their child’s development. My passion is building meaningful relationships with families and creating a positive, encouraging environment where children can learn through play, connection, and everyday routines. I believe parents, caregivers, and educational teams are essential partners in the therapy process, and I enjoy collaborating to develop practical strategies that support communication across environments.

My experience includes working with infants, toddlers, and school-age children across home, clinic, daycare, and school settings. I have a special interest in early intervention, helping young children strengthen their communication skills during the most important years of development. In addition, I specialize in myofunctional therapy, supporting proper oral rest posture, breathing patterns, and oral
motor function to promote healthy speech, feeding, and overall orofacial development.

I also enjoy mentoring and collaborating with speech-language pathology assistants, fostering a supportive team approach that helps ensure high-quality, individualized services for every student. My goal is for every family and educational team to feel supported, empowered, and confident that we are working together to help each child reach their full potential.

Treatment Approach

Family-centered, collaborative, play-based, and individualized. I use evidence-based practices to build functional communication skills through engaging, meaningful activities while partnering with families, teachers, and support staff to promote carryover across settings. I value collaboration with SLPAs and other professionals to ensure students receive consistent, high-quality services that address their
unique strengths and needs, including targeted myofunctional therapy techniques when appropriate.
