Hui-Ni (Whitney) Shen

Occupational Therapist, Registered and Licensed, CA

I graduated from University of Pittsburgh in 2021 with a Master of Occupational Therapy degree. Prior to that, I obtained a bachelor’s degree in 2013 in Taiwan and accumulated 7 years of experience working in pediatric clinic. Throughout my entire career, I’ve been dedicated to working as a pediatric occupational therapist, committing to helping children flourish in their developmental journey.

In my practice, I take pride in celebrating the small victories and witnessing the determination of the incredible children I have the privilege of working with. Using client-centered and play-based approaches, I tailor interventions to enhance fine and visual motor skills, sensory processing, daily living skills, and handwriting.

Committed to my professional growth, I continuously develop my knowledge in sensory integration and interoception. I believe in fostering collaboration with families and other professionals to ensure a holistic and supportive growing journey for every child!
