Growing Healthy Seasons Names Kemuelle “Kemy” Sapigao as 2025 Employee of the Year

Clinic Assistant and School Coordinator honored for outstanding service, compassion, and leadership.

RESCUE, Calif., August 18, 2025 – Growing Healthy Seasons, a leading provider of evidence-based therapy services for neurodiverse individuals, is excited to announce that Kemuelle “Kemy” Sapigao, Clinic Assistant and School Coordinator, has been named the organization’s 2025 Employee of the Year. This annual award recognizes a team member who has gone above and beyond in their role, demonstrating dedication, excellence, and a true commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

The Employee of the Year award honors an individual whose integrity, compassion, and impact embody the heart of Growing Healthy Seasons. Each year, staff members, clients, and vendor partners are invited to nominate someone who exemplifies the organization’s mission and values. The leadership team then reviews the nominations and selects a recipient who serves as an exceptional role model for our culture, from fostering meaningful connections to uplifting our community with empathy, respect, and joy.

In her role as Clinic Assistant and School Coordinator, Kemy plays a vital part in keeping clinic operations and school-based therapy partnerships running smoothly. At the Davis location, she supports all clinical activities with efficiency, attention to detail, and genuine care. She also coordinates communication and collaboration for our school-based therapy accounts, ensuring that schools, families, and our team work seamlessly together.

Kemy approaches each day with a huge smile and an even bigger heart. Her warmth, professionalism, and unwavering dedication have made her an invaluable member of the Growing Healthy Seasons family. Whether assisting therapists, welcoming clients, or managing schedules, she brings positivity and excellence to everything she does.

“Our Employee of the Year represents the very best of our values: dedication, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to making a difference. Their work has touched lives and strengthened our community in ways that inspire all of us. In addition to their professional achievements, our honoree has earned the admiration of colleagues for their kindness, teamwork, and innovative spirit,” said Robyn Chu, Founder and CEO of Growing Healthy Seasons.
