I’ve had a passion for holistic health and helping people for many years, in different capacities. I’ve been trained as a massage therapist, life coach, reiki master, behavioral therapist and occupational therapist. I studied Eastern Oncology massage with an Eastern medicine doctor in Santa Fe, NM, and specialized in therapeutic neck release when I was a full time massage therapist.

I believe healing and learning takes place in many ways but is easiest during moments of relaxation and joy.

I thoroughly enjoy working with kids because they bring a sense of comedy, play, and wonderment.
