Kristina Arduini

OTR/L
Occupational Therapist, Registered and Licensed, CA

I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Science. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Chicago State University in 2019. Soon after, I moved to sunny California to begin my career as an occupational therapist. I’ve worked in public schools, charter home-school programs, and a non-public school, serving kids from pre-school through adult-transition programs (ages 3-22). I have just completed sensory integration training and now provide in-clinic sensory burst therapy.

I value meaningful connection with each child, parent, and colleague I work with. For me, connection with kids is often found through play-based therapy and child-led sessions. It’s so fun and rewarding to use creativity and my therapeutic use of self to meet each child where they’re at. Independence is my passion and continued learning and growth are my tools. I love to engage in my own mentoring, as well as mentor COTA’s and OT fieldwork students.

Outside of being a therapist, I love to live in healthy rhythms by journaling, listening to or reading the Bible, traveling with my husband, spending time outdoors with our dog Sunny, and cooking fun recipes.
