I completed my Bachelors in Kinesiology from Sacramento State University. I have always wanted to work with kids and decided to study occupational therapy. I choose to go into the field of OT because when I was in elementary school I had received OT services and realized what a difference my OT had made in my life and that I wanted to do the same with my kiddos that I work with. I love seeing each kiddo I work with grow and how far they have come year after year. I also love collaborating with other therapists and teachers/case managers! It really makes this job so much fun! I have even met some really great friends here at GHS.
