Eugenia “Maria” Diaz Mogollon
M.S., SLP (licensed in California)
My journey in the field of speech-language pathology began in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from George Washington University. In 2026, I went on to earn my Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from California State University, Sacramento.
During my graduate training, I completed internships at an elementary school in Granite Bay, CA, working alongside an AAC specialist, followed by American River Speech in Gold River, CA, where I continued to expand my experience with AAC.
Since 2019, I’ve worked as a virtual bilingual speech-language pathologist assistant (SLPA) with Growing Healthy Seasons and this year, I’m excited to begin my next chapter as a speech-language pathologist (SLP)!
I’m a lifelong learner and love learning about all the different areas of the field, especially augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and speech sound disorders (SSD). I’m passionate about creating therapy that is engaging, individualized, and meaningful. I want to help children find their voice and enjoy communicating along the way!
