We received your Growing Healthy Seasons Impact Fund Grant Application! Your application has been submitted and routed to the appropriate department for review and consideration. Please also note the following:

1. Your Impact Fund Grand Application is not a guarantee of selection. You will be notified to provide more information if you have been selected for consideration.
2. The GHS team reviews the application on a quarterly basis and it may take some time for consideration decision.
3. If approved, you may be approved for a partial or full grant depending on fund availability and needs.

If selected, you will be asked to provide the one or more of following required information for consideration:

A. Proof of no private insurance.
B. Proof of AHCCCS/Medicaid approval
C. Proof of HUD Housing approval
